Your views form your beliefs and your beliefs form your reality, which is piloting your life today. When you change your view today, your life can unfold in a different way and lay down stepping stones for tomorrow in the best way. Read on and see how you can make this happen.
Changing ourselves can require deprogramming. Deprogramming is one of the Japanese exercises in Gendai Reiki-ho and Komyo Reiki Kai Usui; being universal vibrations of love and harmony it is a gentle way subtle deprograming that changes your reality, Usui Reiki having universal wisdom can change your reality in a way that positively touches you Now without changing your past. As the Zen saying goes, “Now is all there is.”
You might think deprogramming is for cults and wars, but it is used for the every day brainwashing that can cause depression and physical illnesses. In the Okukden level of Gendai Reiki-ho, taught as I learned directly from Hiroshi Doi Sensei, you learn an exercise that helps you in a way that is best for you today. There are no graphs and charts that put thoughts on any scale, it is universal energy bringing mind, body and spirit back into the balance and harmony that is best for the one receiving at that moment in time.
Usui Reiki is Natural Healing for the mind, body, and spirit. You cannot learn any of the many styles of Usui Reiki Ryoho from a book or video, but in today’s world there are many qualified Reiki Shihans(master instructors) with an energy and technique lineage back to Mikao Usui, the founder of Usui Reiki Ryoho.
Usui Reiki Ryoho styles such as Gendai Reikiho and Komyo Reiki, coming directly from Japan, have numerous techniques that bring balance to the mind, body, and spirit and surround with harmony. When you change your view, you change your belief that is piloting your life today and laying down the stepping stones for tomorrow.
I will use person X as an example of every day brainwashing. You might find that person X sounds a lot like you. As a young person, X was told s/he never listened, always procrastinated, and always wanted ridiculous things. Schoolteachers added to the list of things X did wrong. parents, and you never know what is good for anyone.
Good things were said to X as well. However, all the negative combined over time created a block so that the positive things were not heard. Often times these blocks keep a person from enjoying the good things in life. Physical and mental symptoms that medical doctors say they can find no reason for, sometimes appear as well.
Neither a Reiki Shihan nor Reiki practitioner diagnoses or promises a cure, but Usui Reiki Ryoho goes to the core of the imbalances. From the center of each cell it shines outward like a flashlight, healing from the inside out.
Usui Reiki Ryoho, commonly shortened to Reiki, is the name Mikao Usui given to the original method he created in 1921. Can you think of any more powerful energies then love and harmony? <Read more What is Reiki.>
The nice thing about a qualified Usui Reiki Shihan or practitioner is that with Usui Reiki, your actions are never out of your control: with traditional Japanese Reiki you never have to be exposed to alcohol or smoke, or vibrations from man-made items.
Usui Reiki does not replace professional licensed medical care, but it aids conventional medicine as it enhances healing at all levels.
Humans are said not to have instinctive behavior, but often the imprinted behavior we acquire happens when we are looking the other way. Pulling your hand back from a flame or ducking as an object comes toward you are learned behaviors to help keep us safe.
Unfortunately, some reactions we blend into our everyday life are not helpful to our well-being. If you have ever seen those five simple lines of the Usui Gokai (five precepts or principles), it might make you think that Usui Reiki Ryoho is too simple to be good–as you look deeper you think it is not good, it is wonderful.
Usui Reiki Ryoho does not require any elaborate rituals or any material objects to give it strength. Usui Reiki practitioners spend immeasurable hours in study with his or her Shihan learning and practicing self-healing and self-growth.
A Reiki Shihan has gone through at least four levels or degrees in whatever style of Usui Reiki Ryoho she or he practices. Within each of the first three levels of Usui Reiki, numerous exercises and techniques are practiced for self-healing.
Usui Reiki is the name given to the piece of universal energy which is the vibrations of love and harmony. When all is balanced within you, and you are surrounded by harmony nothing blocks things as symbolized by the life giving sun that is always with you.
Living in Maine, in the United Stated I began by studying styles of Usui Reiki Ryoho commonly practiced in North America. I then learned the simple yet very strong Japanese Usui Reiki techniques of Gendai Reikiho and Komyo Reiki from Japanese Shihans (advanced teachers).
I have learned to say Usui Reiki or Mikao Usui’s method rather than simply Reiki because there are many practices today that have little to nothing to do with the spiritual practice Mikao Usui founded in 1922. This is not right or wrong, it simply is.
Nice to remember that our thoughts, words and actions are vibrations. The vibrations from our mind, body and spirit form our aura. Something to ponder is that when the field around the atom is changed it changes the atom, and our bodies are simply a collection of atoms.
As you se on my Reiki healing sessions page and my Meditations & Beyond page, when requested I give original guided meditations to help clients view the past or present in a new light; this form new beliefs and a new reality. One of the reasons these guided meditations are so helpful is that being a Shihan Usui Reiki is flowing through me always, which gives the guided meditations I give that little positive extra. <Reik healing sessions>
